Terms and Conditions:
1. Customers must carry Valid ID during the trip
2. Customer must be present at Departure Location at least 30 minutes prior to departure time
3. Delay in start of trip by customer will not be compensated with extra time for the trip.
4. Trip and Trip Duration is subject to weather and cruising conditions
5. Final call of the Vessel & Departure Point will be with Sothern Tourism Company
6. We reserve the right to charge the guests the cost of rectifying damages caused by deliberate,
negligent or reckless act to Sothern Tourism Company property.
7. Amount is Non-refundable in case of customer cancellation before the trip by 24 hours.
– 50% refundable if the customers cancelled before 48 hours
– 75% refundable amount if the customer cancelled before 72 hours
